Caroline had thought of everything to make our experience comfortable and enjoyable. the facilities were clean and the shower was great. Communication with the owner before and during our stay was excellent. the location was perfect, with lovely walks and cycling paths right from the doorstep. We even got to use the two mountain bikes provided. It felt safe and peaceful, with a private area surrounded by nature. We spotted wildlife and even saw a deer one morning. the firepit in front of the pod was a nice touch for cozy evenings. the pod itself was well-equipped with added extras like binoculars, lanterns, and kitchen facilities. the hot shower and option of a composting toilet were also appreciated. it was a perfect getaway for us to recharge our batteries. Cons: Nothing, everything was excellent! 👍.

The location was stunning, surrounded by trees and birdsong. It felt like a peaceful escape from reality. the hosts were fantastic and made sure that we had everything we needed. the pod itself was warm, cozy, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the shower was great and the facilities were clean. Plus, the provided mountain bikes were a nice touch and allowed us to explore the beautiful surroundings.
There was a woodsman nearby who was using a chainsaw for a large portion of our stay. This created a lot of noise, which was a bit disappointing considering the otherwise tranquil setting.

We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay at New Acre Pod. The idyllic and beautiful surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway. We loved the fact that we had the entire space to ourselves, and Caroline, the host, had thought of everything and even added extra touches like a compliments tray and a welcome pack. The pod was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, so we could just turn up with our personal belongings. We have stayed in several pods before, but this one was by far the best. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience.

The location of the pod was perfect for me as it was situated in a beautiful woodland area. I really enjoyed being surrounded by nature and it was great to have a trail right next to the pod for easy access to outdoor activities. there were two fantastic pubs just a short distance away that offered delicious food and had a wonderful atmosphere.
One downside of my stay was the noise from the nearby main road. During quiet moments, the traffic noise was quite noticeable and disrupted the peace and tranquility of the surroundings.
